¶ Introduction
Claiming land on the server is an easy way to have your build/builds grief proofed.
¶ Claiming
There are a few ways to claim land on the server, you can place a chest down where you would like to build, use the below command or you can get a golden shovel.

| /claim | claims the land where you are standing. |
For this tutorial we are going to use a place a chest.
¶ Placing the chest
Once you have decided where you would like to build you can make or place a chest, once you place a chest down you will see some golden blocks with glowstone on the corners appear around the chest in a small area (see image below)
Anything within the golden blocks area is now protected from outsiders. If you are playing the server with a friend you can use the below command.
- If you stand outside of a claim and run the below command you will be giving that player permission to build and have chest access inside of ALL of your claims. If you wish to just gran for a specific claim stand inside of the area and run the below command.

| /trust <player_name> | Grants all basic right rights, such as chest access and building. |
¶ Expanding the claim
There are two ways to expand your claim, the first way is to use a golden shovel, the next way to is use the below command inside of the claim you want to expand.

| /expandclaim <player_name> | Expands the claim by the number of inputted blocks, you need that number of claim blocks on your account to expand. |
